Hi, I'm Natalie Binns, founder of Better Fashion Consultancy

I founded Better Fashion Consultancy after a successful career as a fashion buyer for global brands including ASOS and Allsaints.

For over a decade, I built commercial ranges, negotiated with factories and managed product at scale. I understand how to protect and grow margin, how suppliers operate and what actually drives sales.

But I also saw the pressure behind the scenes, the race to the bottom on price, the increasing speed, the inevitable compromises.

So I took what I’d learned in 'big fashion' and redirected it.
